We Got Beef LLC is not a freight broker

Please review the key requirements for becoming an approved carrier for Buyers and Sellers. Note: Brokers may participate on the We Got Beef LLC platform.

Essential Prerequisites:

  • MC/MX# or DOT#: You need to provide a valid Motor Carrier or Motor Exempted number, even if you operate within a single state.
  • Authorized Carrier Contact: This person must be able to legally bind your company to the Transportation Services Contract.

Required Documents and Information:

  • Carrier Contact Information: Ensure the contact details, like phone
    number and email, are accurate and up to date.
  • Electronic W9: Submit the IRS form outlining your tax information.
  • Completed Carrier Profile: Provide details about your company and
    services.
  • Signed Carrier-Broker Agreement and Non-Broker Agreement: Agree to the terms and conditions of working with We Got Beef LLC.
  • Certificate of Insurance: This document must meet the minimum
    coverage requirements, including $100,000 cargo and $1,000,000 auto.

Compliance Requirements:

  • Safety Rating: Your FMCSA safety rating must be “Satisfactory” or “Unrated.”
  • Operating Authority: Your operating authority must be active and at least 180 days old.
  • Financial Stability: You must demonstrate financial stability to meet your contractual obligations.

Additional Notes:

  • If WGB already has your insurance certificate on file, you don’t need to submit it again.
  • Insurance will be verified for each load
  • If your company doesn’t currently meet one or more of these requirements, you can work on fulfilling them and return to register later.
